Recent Enforcement Developments SEC and DOJ settle FCPA charges with Tyco International. In April 2006, an FCPA action was filed against Tyco by the SEC. Tyco consented to the entry of a final judgment enjoining it from violations of the FCPA and other securities laws. The judgment was entered on 1 May 2006, and the Company paid USD 1 in disgorgement and USD 50 million in civil penalties.
